WHAT IS PILATES?
Pilates is a movement designed for all ages and all abilities. Through stretching, breathing, and strengthening, Pilates aims to get you moving in balance and feeling strong in your daily movement.
WHAT WILL I DO IN A SESSION?
We will gently move the spine in all directions. Focusing on strengthening the core to allow movement to become more fluid and easy. During your introductory session, we will discuss your goals and limitations. We can also add stretching, weight training, cardio, and myofascial release to your routine exercise routine.

Please give 12 hours' notice before rescheduling or canceling any sessions.
What should I wear? Dress in comfortable clothes, clothing that you can move around comfortably. Socks are optional, but if you choose to wear them, they need to be grip socks. We have clean grip socks you may borrow for your first session.

During your introductory session, we will discuss your goals, current fitness routines, and any injuries or medical conditions. If you are working through a medical condition, bring a note from your doctor allowing you to do Pilates and personal fitness training.
